What can be the reasons that my order has been delayed?

Do you have a question? You will probably find the answer here. If not, you can always send us a message! Sometimes it happens that a typo has crept into the address. If you have not yet received your order, it is best to first check the address provided.

We send our parcels via PostNL and /or the PostNL network. They have a delivery reliability of 98%. Nevertheless, it can happen that your card deck has been lost in the mail. We will ensure that you still receive your package. because we want to do everything we can to make everyone happy.

CAN CHECK-IN CARDS BE SENT AS A GIFT ON BEHALF OF ME?

Yes, that’s possible. Good idea! Each card set that we post as a gift is sent out without a price tag and is wrapped like a present! For € 2.50 it is possible to add a personal message to a beautiful card.

CAN I SELL CHECK-IN CARDS IN MY SHOP / WEBSHOP / YOGA STUDIO?

WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY AS AN ORGANIZATION OR HOTEL CHECK-IN CARDS?

WHAT IS THE RETAIL PRICE?

Check-in Cards has a retail price of € 39.95 (including VAT). The currency you will be charged through our website is in EURO. The purchase currency is € – all other currencies can be used as a guide only. For wholesale we ask you to contact us at info@check-incards.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Let us know within 14 days of receipt that you want to return and / or replace the card set. You can do this by emailing info@check-incards.com stating your name, delivery address and order number.

Shipping

After you have indicated that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the card set within 14 days. You must be able to prove that you have returned the product on time by means of a shipping receipt with track & trace option so that we can track and trace the product.

You return the card set (if possible) in the original packaging. In any case, clearly show that it concerns your package by writing your name and order number on a note and attaching it.

Returns can be made to the following address: Amsteldijk Noord 120, 1183 TJ, Amstelveen.

Refund

The shipping costs for returning your purchase are not reimbursed by Check-in Cards. When we have been informed in good time of the return request, we have received it in an undamaged and complete condition and (it can be demonstrated that) the return took place on time, we will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping costs within 14 days.

MY IDEAL DOESN'T WORK, WHAT NOW?

Unfortunately, we have little influence on this. It may be that iDEAL has a malfunction. It also sometimes happens that iDEAL does not work properly in the internet browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc). It can then help to place the order in another browser. Google Chrome, for example, seldom causes problems. What can also help is to place the order on a different laptop / PC / phone.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay securely online with any bank affiliated with iDEAL. It is also possible to pay with Apple Pay, Credit Card, Paypal, Bancontact, Belfius Direct Net, Sofort Banking. It is only possible to order by invoice for business orders.

Only for business orders it is possible to order by invoice.
